Is a remote energy session as effective as an in-person session?
Yes, a remote energy session works exactly the same as an in-person session.
How often should I come for a session?
For the maintenance of a healthy inner balance, I recommend about once a month.
Typically when people first come they want to do a few sessions closer together (maybe a in 2 weeks) to unpack a bunch of “stuff”. Also if your going through a particularly challenging time you may choose to come more often.
We can discuss what works best for you after your session. Please note there is never any pressure,

How many sessions will it take for me to notice a difference?
One.
You will notice a difference by the time you get off the table.
We measure everything on a scale of 1 to 10 before the session and after so it is clear where you are at.
Do I have to talk about my stuff/traumas?
No you don’t.
We can clear energy around past events, relationship challenges etc. without you sharing details.
I have a rule: if you don’t want to talk about something – you don’t have to.
